Customer service was excellent. The gentlemen that installed my A/C were very professional and courteous. They cleaned up and installed everything just as it was when they arrived. They also ensured everything was working properly before they departed. I was impressed from the first visit because they were on time and you could tell how experienced they were from the time they stepped into your home. Thank you for showing something we don't get too often anymore. Which is professionalism, pride in your work, being prompt, friendly, respectful, hard-working, and very experienced.
Every experience I’ve had with Smiley’s has been wonderful. My AC started “short-cycling” last night. I called Smiley’s at 0800 this morning. The technician (Zack) was on-site by 0830, and the A/C is working great at 0930. Zack was friendly, knowledgeable, and he even gave me pointers in case this happens in the future.
I highly recommend Smiley's Heating and Cooling. Preston and the team did a replacement installation of our AC and heating systems. They worked in 140 degree temperatures up in the attic and gave their all in getting the air up and going. They did an amazing job. Their work ethic and dedication were greatly appreciated. A loaner window unit was placed downstairs until the job was completed. Many thanks for a job well done.
